About Aleppo With an Aleppo-Armenian
We started our oral history interviews in June 2020. We call it “an hour with a halebtsi (Aleppo-Armenian)”. Every Saturday we interview a member of the community about their life story in Aleppo. The purpose of these interviews is to show distinct parts of Aleppo's Armenian life through people’s life stories.

Յարութ Կիւլաղաեան, ծնած 1972 Հալէպ։ Հաճախած է Սահակյան մանկապարէզ։ Առաջին դասարանին տեղաբոխուած է Մխիթարեան վարժարան, աւարտած է 9րդ դասարան։ 1987 սկսած է հօր մօտ աշխատիլ որպէս արծաթագործ մինչեւ պատերազմի սկիսլը։ Ամուսնացած է 1998 սեպտեմբեր 19-ին, տիկինը՝ Մակի Գալայճեան։ Ունի երկու տղայ զավակ՝ Հովիկ Կիւլաղաեան` 21 տարեկան, Ռազմիկ Կիւլաղաեան` 17տարեկան:
